Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of veltycharge.com (the “Site”) and the VELTY power bank rental service (the “Service”). By using the Site or the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
The Service is operated by VELTY S.r.l., Via Muzio Clementi 9, 20900 Monza (MB), Italy — P. IVA / C.F. 12792640968, Registro Imprese di Milano Monza Brianza Lodi, REA MB-2684233. Contact: support@veltycharge.com.
2. The Service
VELTY provides self-service rental of portable power banks at partner venues such as bars, restaurants and cafés. You scan a VELTY station, pay, take a power bank, charge your device and return the power bank to any VELTY station.
3. Pricing
- €1.00 per 30 minutes, capped at €15.00 per day.
- If a power bank is not returned within 48 hours, a one-time fee of €20.00 applies.
- Prices may change; the current prices are always shown on the Site.
4. Payment
Payments are handled by our payment provider. By renting a power bank you authorise the applicable charges, including the daily cap and the non-return fee described above.
5. Acceptable use
Use the power banks and stations responsibly. Do not damage, tamper with, disassemble or resell the equipment. You are responsible for the power bank while it is in your possession until it is returned to a VELTY station.
6. Partner venues
Venues that apply to host VELTY agree that we may contact them about installation and partnership. Specific commercial terms are set out in a separate partner agreement.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VELTY is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Intellectual property
The VELTY name, logo, the “Stay charged” tagline and all Site content are owned by VELTY and may not be used without our prior written permission.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Monza, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
